Payment Method
All orders are Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay in cash when your order is delivered to your door — no prepayment required.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Tracked Delivery — Domestic UAE delivery (1–3 business days)
- Express Tracked Delivery — Next-day tracked delivery within the UAE
All shipments include tracking information sent upon dispatch.
Processing Time & Order Cut-Off
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed before 2:00 PM GST (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.
