Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, returns are strictly limited. Please review the conditions below before placing your order.
Return Eligibility
- The product is unopened and in its original, sealed condition
- The packaging has not been tampered with or damaged
- A return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened or where the seal has been broken
- Reconstituted or partially used products
- Products not stored in accordance with specified storage conditions
- Bacteriostatic water or laboratory consumables once opened
How to Request a Return
Step 1: Reach out via our Contact page with your order number and reason.
Step 2: Await authorisation — we respond within 2 business days with an RMA number.
Step 3: Ship the product in original packaging using a tracked service.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund.
