High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) separates and quantifies all components in each sample. Detection at 215 nm (±4 nm), the standard absorbance wavelength for peptide bonds. Each batch must achieve ≥97% purity. Reports include retention time, area %, tailing factor and theoretical plates (N).

Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry with Electrospray Ionisation confirms the molecular identity of each peptide. The detected molecular weight is matched against the expected MW across multiple charge states.
